S"HB"N steunt kinderen in Nepal met een aangeboren hersenbeschadiging (Cerebral Palsy). Er zijn diverse programma's om het leven van deze kinderen aangenamer te maken, zoals fysiotherapie, spraaktherapie, speciaal onderwijs, etc. Daarnaast zijn er home-visitors actief in de Kathmandu vallei om gezinnen met cp-kinderen te ondersteunen. Ook zijn er inmiddels 15 Cara Centra in het hele land waar kinderen gedurende de dag kunnen worden op gevangen door een of twee ouders, zodat de 'vrije' moeders kunnen werken. Er zijn in Nepal ca. 75.000 kinderen die met cp zijn belast.
